Do you make a sugar-free marshmallow?
We've considered making a sugar-free marshmallow, but nothing acts like real sugar in the marshmallow-making process. Also, our bodies don't really process "sugar free" products very well, so we hope you'll side with "everything in moderation" and treat yourself to a marshmallow! We use best-quality products and fruit and/or all-natural equivalents whenever possible.

When can I expect my order?
We usually mail out orders within a week, plus the 2-3 days for delivery. For special occasion orders, we do our best to ensure that they arrive at least 2 days early. Please leave a comment during your order (or email us) with any date requirements, and we'll do our best to meet them. We managed to get out a Valentine's Day party order during the blizzard early this year, so we feel confident about making a deadline!

Do you make a vegan marshmallow?
Not yet, but we do offer an egg-free version. Just leave a comment during your order (or email us), asking that they remain egg-free. This may add a few days to your delivery time.

How do I place a custom order?

Do I have to join PayPal to place an order?
Nope! PayPal is the system we use to process credit card orders, so if you just want to pay by credit card, you can avoid the PayPal login system by clicking "continue" beside the picture of accepted cards on the ordering page. Here's what you'll see:
